Early check-in will be available on Tuesday, August 6th, 2013 from 12:00pm-6:00pm at the Broomfield Soccer Club office (5720 W 120th Ave, Ste. 1, Broomfield, CO 80020).
Primary check-in for the tournament will be on Wednesday, August 7th, 2012 from 5:00pm-8:00pm at Renaissance Suites at Flatiron (500 Flatiron Blvd, Broomfield, CO 80021).
At check-in you will need to bring:
- 2 non-laminated copies of your CYS (or other state) certified roster.
- Medical release forms for all players (either the form linked below or the medical part of your CYS registration forms).
- Current / valid laminated player cards for all players.
- Guest player form(s).
- Teams from outside US Youth Soccer - Region IV must have approved travel papers from their state association.
