Check-in for the tournament will be on Wednesday, August 11th, from 5:00pm-8:00pm at the Renaissance Suites Hotel in Broomfield.

At check-in you will need to bring: -

• 2 non-laminated copies of your CYS (or other state) certified roster
• Medical release forms for all players (either the form below or the medical part of your CYS registration forms)
• Player cards for all players
