Registration Instructions

Please spend a minute reading the instructions below. It will save you a lot of time later...

When you are asked for your team's age, please put in their current age, which is whatever they played in the spring 2011 season (NOT THE AGE THEY WILL BE AT THE TOURNAMENT). Ages officially change on August 1st, so on that day your application will automatically have a year added to it, putting you in the right place. If you put the tournament age on your application you may end up playing against teams a year older than you (unless we catch it!) so please read the questions carefully.
For much faster processing time, please also include your team record from Spring 2011. We use it to make sure you are in the right age group and to seed you according to our division structure. If the information is not included there will be a delay as we have to email or call to ask you for the information. If you are a new U11 team, put "Premier, Classic, or Challenge" in the preferred flight box so we know which division you want. U9/10 teams can do something similar (Gold, Silver, or Bronze).
Finally, every team will play either Thursday or Friday night. Please be sure to check at least one of the boxes for those days. For local teams, we will give priority to teams who can play either night.
